Start from what you see,
and find the next step directly.

When you answer questions in a meeting in real time, the sticking points are mostly sign-in and download, audio sources, system permissions, screen context or the way you share. Find the row that matches what you see and follow the steps; it usually takes only a few to recover.

Sign-in and download

Sign-in or download did not continue

Go back to the customer center, check the account status first and then the download status. After you finish signing in or registering the page continues automatically; if the installer is not configured yet, the page says clearly that it is unavailable instead of making you click again and again.

First run on Windows

Windows blocked it the first time it opened

The Windows build is an unsigned portable ZIP: unzip it and run it, no installation needed. On the first run Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt; choose "More info", then "Run anyway" to continue, or unblock the file in its properties first. On-device speech recognition needs the 64-bit (x64) build; Windows on ARM falls back to cloud recognition.

Audio source

The captions are not picking up the sound you expect

First check in settings whether you chose the microphone, system audio or both, then confirm in system settings that microphone permission is on. When using system audio, also confirm that the matching capture method is enabled.

Screen context

The current material did not take part in the answer.

First confirm that screen context is on, then check system permissions: macOS needs screen recording permission; Windows needs no separate permission, but apps in exclusive full screen and DRM content may not be readable. If the material should not take part in the answer, just turn this switch off.

Share visibility

Test once with the same setup before sharing

With supported share sources and meeting app settings, the Lumina overlay can stay out of shared content. The actual result depends on macOS, the meeting app and the share source, so rehearse once the way you will really hold the meeting.

Device status

You switched to a different computer.

The customer center shows your current device and the rebind actions available. If there is a waiting period or another limit, the page shows it as it is; just follow the prompts.

What if professional knowledge did not take part in the current answer?

First confirm that the knowledge feature is on, then check whether the current question is relevant to the saved content. Knowledge takes part by relevance, and is not forced into every answer.

What if the share preview differs from the actual meeting picture?

Go by the actual meeting app and the real share source. A browser preview only helps you check your local choice and cannot replace verifying the final meeting setup.

Where do I confirm the price?

The pricing page lists the currently confirmed public catalog and billing method; actual activation, payment and arrival status are as shown in the customer center.

Still cannot pin the problem down?

Note your system version, the current state of the page and the steps you just took, then contact the support team. For the safety of your account, do not send access keys or screenshots that contain private material.
