Live assistance should be calm, reliable and timely.

We believe the value of live assistance is not in saying more, but in having a sentence you can say out loud right when you need one. These are the judgments behind that.

Give the user the next sentence first.

Time is what a live moment lacks most. Every design decision serves one thing: when you need it, you have a sentence you can say right away.

Build trust with real screens.

No exaggeration, no guessing. The versions, capabilities and limits we show can be traced to the current implementation. Trust comes from what can be verified, not from enthusiasm.

Describe privacy path by path.

Transcription, answers, screen context and account data are explained separately. Different features have different boundaries, and we would rather spell them out than sum them up in a slogan.

The secure path does not give way to conversion.

Sign-in, device binding and the 5-minute signed download are product commitments. They are not simplified or bypassed to raise conversion rates.

Serve the everyday actions first.

The customer center leads with balance, plan, download and renewal, and keeps rarely used management details behind them. The things you do often are easy to find.

Respect attention.

Motion is used only to explain order, confirm an action or show a state, and does not keep distracting. Quiet is part of the product.

Stating the limits is a product capability.

Versions, system requirements, permissions, sharing methods and features that are not yet available are all clearly visible. Explaining the limits is part of the product itself.
